The minimum term of contract is 12 months. After that period it will be a rolling 30 day contract.

Regardless the package you choose, the following is included in every package:

-Hosting server for your website

-Website build and updates

-Search Engine Optimisation of your website

-Content

You can either pay via direct debit or by cheque. The first payment will include the VAT for the 12 months ahead.

When you decide to order your website you will be provided with a choice of website designs, once you decide on the design we will work with you on the content of your website.

You can also make text content changes at any time after the site is live.

We will provide you with a working demo link for you to review before the website goes live. You can view and provide feedback on this and communicate with our designers until you are happy with the look and layout.

Yes, we can design and build you a website according to your specification. There is a cost for this service and a quote will be supplied once we have the full specification.



Once we have everything in place, confirmation of the text content, your logo and other details we usually aim to complete the website in 10 days time. We can also provide a holding page free of charge.

Yes, of course you can, we will try to replicate it but please bear in mind that our design is made for phone, tablet and desktop views. This process will incur an additional cost as we would class it to be a bespoke build.

Yes, we can include videos you have had made in your site design. Usually there is no charge.

Yes, you can add social media social media buttons or feeds to your site at no extra charge.

Yes, most of our sites come with a registration page to enable firms to collect contact information from clients.

We build your new site on our servers, then when you’re happy with it and ready to make it live on the web in place of your current site or holding page, you instruct your domain host to point your domain’s www record to our server. This is a simple process and we will help you with this. Your emails and website address will stay the same.

Almost all changes requested by our clients are free of charge – text edits, changing profile photos etc.

Major changes to the structure and design of the site outside would be chargeable – and we would discuss and quote upfront.

This means that you’re entitled to an optional free redesign every two years. This is free but you will be tied into a new 12 month contract if you choose this option.

Our SEO will optimise your website so that it is found in local search. We will improve your website ranking and increase your web presence.

Content management does not just mean managing everything on your site, from photos, contact or about info it also means running news or blog feature as a part of your site and adding new articles or posts regarding your business sector. This gives you a content rich site that is regularly updated and optimised for SEO engines..

This is where we start to manage your social media accounts (Facebook and Twitter for example) and start updating it regularly with relevant information to your company and sector. We only start to manage you social media once we agree appropriate strategy with a client.

It will look as though it was produced by your company, with your business name and logo. It is emailed once per month to all your contacts.
